Micah 6:6.(NIV) "With what shall I come before the Lord and bow down before the exalted God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old?"
What can we offer to God? He gave his best for us, loved us while we were yet sinners and had no understanding of true love. Will sacrifice of goats, sheep etc make a difference? The only thing God wants from us is that we accept his love and live in obedience because all his commandments are for our good, saving us from evil entrapment. If we then accept God, we choose to live a life of obedience (studying, meditation and living the word) as this is the sacrifice acceptable to God (1Sam 15:22). Good morning.
