Real Rest!

Mathew 11:28.(KJV) "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
          We all need rest within, not just rest of lying down to sleep or just lounging. It is a rest of Jesus sleeping in a boat in the midst of a storm, of Peter sleeping while in chains in the midst of two soldiers awaiting his trial! This is the rest that exists in God and the type that we need for a long, healthy and right  living. For you that is in Christ, remain in him and for you that is yet to be, run to him today.
